Sukup Mix Flow Dryer
New and energy efficient Mixed Flow Dryer from Sukup Europe ready for the 2019 harvest.
The Sukup Mixed Flow Dryer is a continuous flow dryer with vacuum cooling as a standard. Extracted heat from the cooling zone is recirculated and used for drying.
By this heat reclaim system the ambient cooling air moves from the outside and through the dried hot grain. The cooling air warms up when moving through the grain and is recirculated and reused in the drying zone. This reduces the amount of energy used for drying.
The grain moves from the top down through the drying zones that is built of layers of ducts. In every second layer of ducts the drying air are pushed through the grain. Through the other layers the humid air is exhausted from the dryer.
This drying principle result in a very equal and gentle drying of the grain. This is special valued when drying seed grain or malting barley.
The Mixed Flow Dryer is a simple and reliable design and easy to operate due to the full automatic "QuadraTouch Pro" control system. The moisture content are controlled by using real measuring of the moisture in the grain.
